Entries for 2011 teams open on Friday 1st June 2012 at 10h00.  The price for a team entry for the Descent and the Great Trek is R7500 inclusive of VAT

Entries for teams on the waiting list and new teams  open on Friday 15th June 2012 at 10h00.   Place your names on the waiting list by e-mailing  Marinda at info@bergandbush.co.za  put your race of choice in the subject line and ask for your name to be put on the waiting list.

Substitutions may be made at R200 per rider .  All substitutions and clothing changes must be made before 1st September 2012.  Correct clothing sizes are not guaranteed where substitutions have been made.

Cancellation Policy

• If you can’t make the event we will try to find you a substitute team.  If we are unable to find you a substitute  you can cancel your entry under the following conditions:
  • Cancellation before 1^st September – cancellation fee of R500 per person
  • Cancellation between 1^st September and event- cancellation fee of R1000 per person
